Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, email returns@builtdaily.co.za with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Sale items, worn items, and items without tags are not eligible for return.
